Our Role

We partnered with Covington Yard from concept to execution. Our team provided full-service hospitality management across the following areas:

Concept Development – Helping shape the vision for an outdoor venue with a rotating vendor model and seasonal events.
Operational Strategy – Designing workflows, service layouts, and guest experience flows to maximize efficiency and atmosphere.
Vendor Management – Curating and onboarding top-tier food and beverage vendors aligned with the Yard's brand.
Staffing & Training – Recruiting and training onsite team members to deliver top-notch hospitality.
Event Programming – Coordinating live music, community events, and brand activations that drive traffic and engagement.
Ongoing Support – Providing continuous consulting and performance oversight to evolve and optimize operations.
