Our Role

We partnered on the full development and launch of Oakley Greens, bringing both operational expertise and guest-focused creativity to the project. Our team managed:

Concept & Brand Strategy – Designing an approachable outdoor venue combining food, drink, and entertainment, centered around two unique 18-hole mini golf courses.
Experience Design – Creating a guest journey that flows seamlessly from food and beverage to mini golf and event spaces.
Vendor Sourcing – Curating top local food partners and managing rotation schedules to keep offerings fresh.
Hiring & Training – Building a skilled team focused on service, hospitality, and operational efficiency.
Event Planning – Programming public events, leagues, and private bookings that utilize both the dining areas and mini golf space.
Performance Management – Monitoring guest feedback, optimizing operations, and planning for long-term growth.
