Our Role
We helped bring The Firehouse concept to life by managing the transformation of a historic space into a premier private event venue. Our involvement included:
Venue Concept & Design Input – Helping shape the space into a premium, multi-use venue while honoring its historic roots.
Event Operations & Staffing – Overseeing all logistics, staffing, and service standards for private and semi-private events.
Vendor Coordination – Working with food, beverage, décor, and entertainment partners to offer seamless, customizable experiences.
Booking & Guest Services – Managing client communications, site tours, booking logistics, and day-of coordination.
Marketing Support – Assisting with targeted outreach and strategic partnerships to drive bookings across weddings, corporate events, and community functions.
